Loud Aggressive Sound. Add a touch of Borla excellence to your GT Mustang with an “ATAK” Cat-Back Exhaust System. A Borla “ATAK” catback system will significantly increase exhaust flow over the restrictive stock exhaust system for a dramatic increase in horsepower and an aggressive muscle car sound that is not for the faint of heart.
ATAK. Acoustically-Tuned Applied Kinetics, is Borla’s newest technology that produces the highest available dB (decibel) levels to pump the volume while retaining clarity of sound, avoiding distortion typically found in louder exhausts.
High Quality Construction. Constructed from ultra smooth mandrel bent 2.5″ stainless steel tubing to improve exhaust flow, the Borla Cat-Back Exhaust System features two race inspired “ATAK” mufflers with 4 inch polished stainless steel slant tips for aggressive sound and impressive looks.
Application. Designed as a direct bolt on, this Borla ATAK Cat-Back will bolt straight up to the factory Mid-Pipe without any modifications required on the 2005 to 2009 GT and Bullitt Mustangs.
Technical Note. Americanmuscle recommends adding the 2005+ Mustang 304 Stainless Steel Exhaust Hanger Kit from the drop down option above, to provide more strength, stability and a cleaner installed appearance. If you have a 2007 Mustang you may need the kit for correct installation.
