This engine comes turn key running on the pallet
-we start out with a used cummins engine core no Chinese parts
we then tear the engine down completely and rebuild everything
-bore , hone , surface the block , install new pistons, rings , bearings , polish the camshaft and crankshaft , recon the connecting rods, perform a valve job on the cylinder head surface & install new guide seals.
-we use all new Cummins OEM parts gaskets , pistons , bearings
-machined rocker arm pedestals with head studs installed
-new accessories included… starter, alternator, a/c pump , vacuum pump , power steering pump, basic starter lift pump. new fuel shut off solenoid,
-fuel inlet and outlet lines will be plumed to where you only need to hook up 2 fuel lines to your existing project. we set up all wires for the fuel shut off solenoid and the starter to a 3 way key switch. use our switch or change the wires to your own very simple pre wired package to follow.
Rebuilt performance cummins OEM injection pump p-7100 with modifications 4k governor springs, fuel plate, and other upgrades. New Bosch 300hp injectors, new turbo, trans adapter plate, flex plate, harmonic balancer all included.
