Premium Splitter Rods. The Premium GT4 Splitter Rods in a Black Cerakote Finish provide robust support for front splitter extensions to enhance durability and stability. Designed to be mounted underneath the splitter, these rods stabilize and reinforce the splitter, reducing flex and helping maintain splitter integrity under variable road conditions and aftermarket aero modifications.
Construction and Appearance. Manufactured from billet aluminum sourced and milled in the USA, these rods include billet aluminum stand-offs and custom splitter washers to protect hardware from wear. The rods feature a UV resistant black Cerakote coating, delivering a smooth, glossy surface that resists color fading better than anodized finishes. The Cerakote also provides chemical and environmental durability, suitable for extended outdoor exposure.
Installation. Installation does not require bumper removal on select vehicles such as the Dodge Charger or Challenger. The rods are designed for ease of mounting, though some adaptation may be necessary depending on the specific vehicle and splitter setup.
Application. Fits universal; some adaptation may be required to match specific vehicle configurations and splitter setups.
